I have to start with saying I am obsessed with Stay With Me by Sam Smith. This year’s Grammy’s had some awesome songs- All of me, Stay with me, Shake it off, Dark horse, Sky full of stars- so many great songs. My only gripe with the show- artists should play their hit numbers, not try new numbers (or unpopular ones!)

The star of the moment, Katy Perry- fresh of her super bowl performance, looked incredible in this sparkly number by Zuhaid Murad, complimenting her lavender hair. Love her spunk, style and confidence!

Next up, my brother’s favorite Shake it off star (and Katy Perry’ frenemy!) Taylor Swift- Taylor wore this blue number by Elie Saab. I am impressed with Taylor’s style evolution- she is moving from her standard sparkly numbers to more edgy styles. Love it!

Next up, Grammy royalty- Beyonce! Winner and performer every year- she stuck to her trademark sheer style in this black number. Looks great, but nothing special!

Now for the ridiculous number from Rihanna- she used to be edgy and now this is just crazy! This pink Giambattista Valli tulle gown is shapeless and tent-like. She could smuggle a person under that! Disappointed!

One of my teenage favorites Gwen Stefani was back on the red carpet, and how! She looked incredible in this pant suit number by Atelier Versace.

I was looking forward to seeing All about the bass star Meghan Trainor- but her outfit was a bit of a disappointment. This sheer number by Galia Lahav was a mess to me- it looked like her Spanx were showing under a sheer dress. Sorry Meghan, your songs rock, but the dress- not so much!

Kardashian clan star and wife of Kanye West looked like she was wearing her sparkly bathrobe to the red carpet in this sparkly number by Jean Paul Gautier. Not as high fashion as she imagines it to be…

Madonna continues in her mission to look young by dressing provocatively, and failing. In this burlesque inspired Givenchy number, she looked ridiculous. Grow up please- give us the chance to admire your music, not mock the ridiculous fashion!
